Welcome to Saint Johns Detailing. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

2. Service Areas

Saint Johns Detailing provides mobile services within the Orlando, FL metropolitan area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.).
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for large or special appointments.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid before the technician leaves the service location.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a $50 late cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

5. Vehicle Condition and Personal Items

  • Please remove personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazardous material may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
  • Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Results and Limitations

While we strive for perfection, Saint Johns Detailing cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains, odors, or paint imperfections.

  • Paint correction and ceramic coating results vary based on the vehicle's condition.
  • Certain damages (e.g., deep scratches, oxidation, or worn clear coat) may not be fully restorable.

7. Liability

Saint Johns Detailing is fully insured and will take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn finishes, or mechanical/electrical issues that may arise during or after the detailing process.

8. Weather Policy

If weather conditions (rain, lightning, extreme heat, etc.) prevent safe detailing, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.

9. Guarantee and Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we'll make reasonable efforts to address your concern.

10. Changes to These Terms

Saint Johns Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
